I didn’t realize how small the pieces are. When using them I’m afraid I’ll choke. Im missing some back teeth so it doesn’t stay like it should. I should have looked at product closer

They are a lot smaller than anticipated, and in attempt to use them I decided not worth the risk or cost of a ER visit! That being said they do work, your discretion...

I'm unsure on which order your are actually supposed to use them in, I went blue -> red -> black because the text description says so but the image says red -> blue -> black which may be more accurate. I did not feel a difference between blue and red, except the red digs into my gums way more. It took about 3 weeks on the blue before I tried the red, since it felt the same strength I am now on black. I haven't noticed a huge difference in how my face looks or anything, but I think there was still progress because in the very beginning I could only handle 30 seconds of chewing on the blue one and by the time I decided to to up a level I was chewing it like it was gum for 10 minutes.I only boiled mine once to wash all the factory crap off, now I just rinse them when I'm done. I use them after brushing my teeth so everything stays pretty clean.

Helped this 46 year old girl get a firmer less sagging chin line. People guess my age at 38. Small pieces so keep away from small children, could definitely be a choking hazard.

Nice products but don’t last very long.
