The media could not be loaded. This is the second time I purchased, after a happy use the first time of the smaller SKU. But this one had a pump that just doesn't work! No amount of pressure, keeping the product upside down, shaking helped. Means I just cant get to the cream. Amazon cite a 5-day policy for addressing the issue and washed their hands off. I am now using this by dipping a cotton bud and taking the cream out. What a disappointment!

It is not fragrance-free, there is definitely some fragrance maybe of tea tree or jojoba oil.It is apparently medically proven and lab-tested so it should be safe to use. I have not experienced any side effects so far. I look forward to using the product for a few weeks to test out its results more effectively.
