I have been taking this product for two weeks and from day 2-3, I have felt a noticeable increase in energy. After about a week, my overall body has just felt better. I feel like I’m just overall more well, it’s hard to explain. I attract it to not being nutrient deficient. There are many helpful vitamins and I’m excited about the biotin for my hair and nails. I swear my nails feel stronger but it may be too soon to know for sure. There is a high amount of vitamins according to the label, not just low amounts that won’t help. The ingredients are high quality and levels lead to ss strong capsule. I do taste something when I take it but I can’t explain it, although it’s not bad. It’s not amazing but it’s completely tolerable, it’s just different. I will definitely purchase again as it’s a great value and is already working for me!

So far I like the product. It is a good price for the size and the bottle. I have needed to take a multivitamin for a while now since I take a lot of the individual items separately, I figured I would try this and see how it worked. So far so good. My energy levels are up some already. I can feel my hair and nails growing. Doesn't cause a lot of stomach upset like the rest of other multi vitamins can do to me. The ingredients are ones I would expect to see in a multivitamin along with a few added on. They don't have a taste to them. Seems like a top-notch quality product and I will be buying it again next month. Haven't recommended it yet just wanted to wait a few more months to make sure it is truly helping me before I recommend it. There really is nothing that I don't like about the product so far as I continue to try it. It looks like it is going to be effective for helping me keep my vitamin and electrolyte levels where they should be.

This women's multivitamin is great. It is easy to swallow. It has all of the most important vitamins all in one, and it is very effective. the size of the vitamin is not too large, making it an easy one to take daily. there is not an after taste, which was a great benefit for me! I love it. Great vitamin.

I am on my second bottle which says enough!! But I love that everything I need is in these vitamins plus more. My sister and myself both take them. Helped to increase energy. my body just over all feels great. No weird taste or smell. The size is not bad.

Great multivitamin for women. It is easy to swallow and tasteless. I have not had any side effects taking it so far. I like that it adds supplements for immunity, antioxidants and supplements that pertain to just women. It does give you extra energy. I would definately take in the morning. Overall well rounded vitamin/supplement. Good deal for cost.

It’s only been 2 weeks since I started taking these so I don’t know what the results will be & to be fair I haven’t taken them everyday because they taste so bad. I know u just pop them in ur mouth drink water swallow but it still leaves an awful lingering taste.
