I can't say how good they bag itself is as far as being water resistant since I've only just recently received it, I can say that in my opinion it's a very good kit because it contains important items to prevent having a heat stroke and to really help you if you do become over heated or dehydrated, plus there's some extra room in the 3 little mesh pockets so that you can add some more small items to your kit, which is nice, I would certainly recommend this kit to anyone who works outdoors during warm months, who hikes, walks, rides a bike, jogs, etc. it's always better to be safe than sorry! adding an update, these last few times that I have ordered this kit, the emergency water pouches exp. date is 5/2025, I just ordered these kits this year which is 2024! Who knows what the exp. date is on electrolyte tabs, or if there is one, I can't seem to find it, when emergency kits are put together the COMPANIES selling them could at least place expiration dates on the outside of kits that everyone can clearly read, since the kits cannot be opened by others who are selling them.

I am prone to get heat exhaustion, so I was quite pleased to find this pack! It came quickly and I’ll keep it with me when I know I’ll be in a hot place.
