Guaranteed to stop your snoring by keeping you awake!!!
Let's start off by saying this will stop your snoring. How? By you not being able to sleep because of how hot and uncomfortable it really is. I don't consider having a large head and it is just barely velcros in the back and top for adjustment. Still I tried time and again to make this thing work. I suspect that if you look at all the ones available here are made of the same material. So what do you do? Here is what I plan on doing. Instead of pulling your chin upward to keep your mouth from falling open. I have been trying a hand towel rolled up in a roll under my chin. That seems to work but get's lost if you roll over during the night. Now I'm thinking maybe cutting off a small length of something like the tubing for flotation in swimming pools called noodles. Maybe running a cord thru it and tying it in the back would keep it in place. Before throwing away your money on this or any of the other ones with the same concept. I recommend trying something under your chin to keep your mouth from dropping open. It smells so bad that i am not able to even try to see if it works! if you are smell sensitive, don't waste your money. I soaked it all day, washed several times trying to get rid of some smell but it did not help. I am throwing it away.

How are you supposed to use it???
I just don't know how to get this to work right. There are no instructions and it doesn't seem to function like it should no matter how I adjust it. When I try to use it, it seems to only make things worse. Now it just sits in the drawer.

its not designed for sleep apnea, which many people who snore have. its also uncomfortable to wear, and i could not deal with it for any length of time. easier to wrap a rubber band around your chin. Oy!
