Ok, this is not an easy review because they are nice flowering teas - very nice. They smell gorgeous, it is lovely to see them blossoming and they taste nice. The negative point is a big one for me and I do realise it would not be for most people. I suffer from multiple chemical sensitivities and these contain flavourings. First time I come across flowering teas that do but hey there is a first time for everything. I was suspicious by the smell but after double checking the ingredients it seems fine, except it was not! Shame I had to find out the hard way with 2 days of being unwell. Manufacturers should realise that it is essential to disclose all ingredients as people have allergies, sensitivities etc...

Recommend, personal treat, dinner party option winner.
I am reordering within days of receiving this order as I’ve just enjoyed my last one! I rarely drink alcohol or coffee so I decided I should treat myself as I enjoy a good tea. The tin package makes for a nice gift and for an optional drink after dinner to guests who prefer tea it is a fine choice. I’m now investigating if I can order specific flavours as I wasn’t keen personally on the vanilla one. Each tea ball is individually wrapped and labelled with its flavour. 80 degrees heated water is optimum and you can refill with water using the same tea flower several times. Alternatively use a glass tea pot.

Great product but boring packaging!
This was supposed to be a Xmas present but the packaging was very dull. Could the tin not have been bright pink or green to reflect the flowers? It doesn't explain on the tin properly that this is a teabag in a tin that has a flower instead. The writing is absolutely tiny. I will look for another one that has vibrant packaging to send. Such a shame as the tea is really nice.

Spectactular gift, taste secondary
[Disclaimer] We have only used the dancing lovers ball so far. I was pleased that the look of these teas are equal to more expensive ones I have tried before. The gift recipiant and our freinds were really excited by how the tea seemed to spin and dance in the pot before settling and revealing the blooms. The instructions for how much water to add are unreliable as they will vary a lot depending on your tea pot. If you want to get the full effect of the blooms you will probably have to fill it quite high as the one we tried was very tall. They reccomend that you can steep them multiple times so don't worry about it beeing too dilute (just leave it for longer). One reveiwer commented that you could fit it in a tea cup, while the base isn't particularly wide the flowers can be quite tall so keep that in mind if trying to use a small container (we wished we had used the larger of our tea pots to get a better veiw). The taste of the product was fine but nothing special, it certainly doesn't live up to the spectacle of the unfolding. If you don't like very mild teas this is not for you. This is a great bit of entertainment for dinnerparties and general hosting, also a good unusual gift provided they already have a clear teapot or you plan to get them one as well.

All about the looks
So I followed the instructions to the letter and I can confirm these things look spectacular, especially in a glass tea pot. BUT there's very little flavour even when you leave them to brew for 10 minutes. It's a seriously impressive effect and I think the craftmanship / skill required to make these is worth it but don't expect any real flavour. The first cup after it had the recommended 3 minutes was just like hot water and then the second after significantly longer and stirring was still very weakly flavoured. They are spectacular though.

Pretty and Delicious
This is a very refreshing drink - hot or cold. The ingredients are known to contain antioxidants and other agents beneficial to general wellbeing, so an added bonus. Unfortunately, I do not have any pictures to show but I like to use a glass teapot to brew my tea, so I can watch the bulb unfold into a pretty display. I also have miniature glass cups and a glass tea warmer for added effect. I make to it an occasion enjoying the mood and absorbing the health benefits. It's like watching a beautiful waterlily afloat. Yoga in a cup. Love it. Thumbs up.

Loved it...
Absolutely loved the Flowering Tea Sampler Tin! With its five blossom, you get a great idea of each tea flavour and the blossom itself. The tea smells and tastes great, and you can tell that there is quality in this product. The packaging is great too, lovely tin with five individually air tight packaged teas.Highly recommended, and I will personally be buying more sets.

A great success!
This was a gift. It arrived punctually - in an attractive tin and with the individual teas separately packed in foil - helpful if they are not being used all at once. The recipient was/is delighted with the item, said that the one he sampled smelt and tasted wonderful. .. and he is someone who knows something about teas. I will certainly buy this as a gift for other tea-loving friends. I was only sorry that I hadn't also bought a glass teapot or cup for him to use, to get the most from this first experience. He improvised well, but I will remember this for next time.
