Bought for my wife’s birthday she loves it it’s quirky and makes a nice cuppa too

I bought this as a gift, for "Her Ladyship", and she seems very pleased with it.What I liked was the fact that it didn't take 5 days to get to her, only 2. I'm well impressed.

Received my order today and although it arrived in the suggested time frame I have had send it back for a refund. The boxes it came in were fine, but when I opened it I found the lid in pieces and the teapot chipped; it looks like the tea for one set wasn't secure in its own box perhaps.I had ordered this as a present and now won't have this in time on a reorder. To make this worse, in the week since I ordered it the price has gone up which means I now have to pay more for the item. Hoping the next item is okay especially as its more expensive.
