Didn't really work in our drains. The drain snake was really hard to get into the drain hole & then even more difficult to get it out again, because of the spikes. I can see how it would be handy - if it was functional. It's a miss for me. I think the only use is in drains with larger access holes. The cleaning brush may come in handy, but the clog remover didn't grab very well, so this wasn't great either.

Does the job, but I did question every life choice that led me to manually fish hair monsters out of a drain. Still, it’s cheaper than calling a plumber and crying in front of him.

Wow! I just saved myself a lot of money! Thank you, thank you. I avoided purchasing expensive drain cleaners, and or calling a plumber. Great product. Arrived, quickly tested the drain snake hair remover and I can now say it's 100% approved. Annoying clog is gone! :D
