Good cookie to have while watching your sugar intake
When watching your A1C there are cookies that you can enjoy! 2 with a cup of tea at night is satisfying a sweet tooth while still being in line with your sugar intake. They are delicious.

Biblical grain cookie with a wonderful flavor and texture. Worth the occasional indulgence. Careful you may eat the whole thing not paying attention just in a few minutes. Worth every penny.

Ingredients - palm oil
I was so excited to try this. It didn’t disappoint tastes great but once package is open have to eat sooner it changes taste after a while. However none of this matters because it has palm oil. It is terrible for health and heart. I just don’t understand how brands that are supposed to be clean and healthy justify putting palm oil in their products. I would not get again unless the brand changes the ingredient.
