This was first recommended by our alternative doc to remove heavy metals. Now my doc said my liver numbers are bad and I asked about this. Both my husband and I notice it working in different ways. I’ll go for a recheck on my numbers in 2 months.

Very easy to take, since they are encapsulated, after eating the unhealthy food in our daily lives loaded w toxins and heavy metals… including large fish like tuna. I love tuna.

I didn't want to use these until I felt I needed them and I found that they were most effective when my system was feeling off balance. I didn't feel like my energy was affected but my body definitely felt better after about a week when I was feeling general malaise and out of whack. These aren't cheap and you can't really take them at the same time as other supplements so they aren't meant for long term use. But, taken as needed they work. They cost too much...

Short review - any supplement I try to review on Amazon gets sent back to me for revisions. I cannot really say how I feel about any supplement and I cannot figure out why. So this is short and sweet: this is a GREAT company and the supplement worked for me.

This is an excellent formula, but like similar detox formulas I've used, it requires one to use it an hour before taking any food or medication or to wait until two hours after eating or taking other medications and supplements. Unfortunately, I take not only thyroid meds in the morning (which has similar rules) but other medications and supplements that have to be staggered throughout the day. As vital as a good detox supplement with fulvic and humic acid is, it makes it a bit challenging to figure out how to fit all this in if one also has any kind of work or life. So, as a product, this is five stars for me as a very useful tool in detox. This is one of the brands that my naturopath uses because its so high quality. It just requires a little more thought in scheduling when to take it consistently without it interfering with anything else I take. There were the full 90 capsules in my bottle. I don't usually count, but since another comment mentioned they thought they were short-changed, I actually poured out the whole bottle and counted. At three a day, this would last for a month so its not cheap, but its in line with some of the other really good detox formulas I've used.
