Connecting it to my phone, tablet, or laptop via the DJI app was super easy, and transferring videos for editing is seamless. For the price, this combo is excellent value for money. It’s rugged, reliable, and designed for adventurers like me who want professional-grade footage without spending a fortune. I've been using this for almost 1 year now as a cycling camera. I mainly use it like a dashcam, always running and able to capture any events that might happen to me while road cycling. I've used this every other day while commuting for work and it's never let me down. It's super clear and stable, even when using the ultra wide 155 degree fov. I've had no real problems capturing the license plates of cars passing by (at least in the day time). It makes me feel a lot more comfortable, knowing that if something were to happen to me on the road, it would all be captured. Especially if I ever need to make a claim on my cycling insurance. As good as these batteries have been (I usually get 140min run times at 1080x60fps with the screens off), I'm likely going to be upgrading them to the higher capacity ones introduced with the Action 5, instead of upgrading camera. Not much point upgrading in my opinion. This camera works perfectly well and the quality is superb. Larger batteries will always be welcomed, though. The battery case is also super nice. Nice and compact and holds all 3 of my batteries. Not only does it charge them. But it can also be used as a power bank to charge your phone in an emergency. The app is kind of alright too. Works well for downloading and viewing footage. Even with an almost full 256gb card, it doesnt take long at all to browse files over the wifi connection. My only issue is that it isnt on the google play store. Not a fan of the potential risks asociated with that, but you kind of have no other option, sadly. Even if you want to avoid it and only retrieve footage manually from the sd card. There'll be a time when you'll want to update the firmware for new features. And that's only possible with the mimo app. Other than that one complaint about the app, I honestly can't fault this camera. It's a great action cam and I'll be using it for the foreseeable future to give me peace of mind while out cycling.

Love this camera. Having used a cheaper alternative before spending a bit more and getting this, can say it's definitely worth paying the extra pennies. Fantastic quality video and audio. The image stabilisation is spot on, I was blown away by the quality. Multiple capture modes, good selection of recording quality options. Good audio, clear and full sounding but also reduces wind noise. The mounting options are well thought out and the mount docking with the case is really sturdy as it uses a mechanical clip alongside a strong magnet. I use this for downhill mountain biking, and find it a good camera for that. Not too large and heavy, which is nice as I helmet mount it. It's casing looks and feels robust. So should survive a few knocks. There is a sacrificial lens cover as well. My only real gripe is the fact you cannot use this without first connecting to the DJI app. As in, it gets locked out eventually without first syncing it with the app you've downloaded onto a phone. Google play don't allow the app on the Playstore due to security concerns, but it is available on Apple devices. I used an old IPhone for this as a workaround and the camera has worked perfectly since. All in all, I love this camera and would recommend it to anyone. But if you have an Android phone you may struggle a bit. I'd still give this 5* despite that.

Great value for money. Extensively researched action cameras before ordering this, and settled on The Action 4 as it got great reviews and beat the GoPro alternative in every review I saw. Picture quality is first class, and the electronic stability is amazing. Easy to use and is very intuitive once you get set up. I have a few DJI products and all are excellent, so was also attracted by my experience with the quality of any DJI products used before. Build quality is exceptional. As with most action cameras, low light quality is potentially and issue, so probably a good idea to look into a light for this. I was able to find a high quality and inexpensive aftermarket light, specifically made for this camera on Amazon and it’s a great addition. Sound quality from the on board camera is excellent, or it will easily work with most wireless USB C lavalier microphones with no setup required. Just plug in and go.

Great action camera, great build with good battery life. Files are massive so make sure you've got a good solid pc for rendering the action. Spares are cheap always good. Dji app can be annoying and painful

Great action cam! Amazed by the quality of the recordings, the possible settings and the supporting iOS software to sync, edit and manage and publish photos, videos and streams. Glad I did not go for cheap “GoPro rip-offs”, but for this DJI Osmo Action 4 with competing top quality at a good price point. Plenty of mounting and lighting accessories to do any type of interior and outdoor recording. Great alternative to use in harsher context next to a more vulnerable and expensive iPhone 16Pro. Used it extensively in sub-tropical, wet and underwater conditions (28M depth, together with underwater housing). Eyeballing the 6, now that it came out, but the differences in specs and pricing are not convincing me (yet) to sell this one and purchase that one.

N'en déplaise aux utilisateurs de GoPro, DJI et beaucoup plus avancé dans la qualité vidéo émise énormément sur le professionnalisme de ses caméras. On peut vraiment tout contrôler, j'ai choisi cette caméra, car malgré le fait que ce soit une caméra d'action, on peut avoir du log, et on a accès à absolument tous les paramètres (ISO, Ei, shutter, ips...). La caméra a également beaucoup d'accessoires, tout comme ses concurrentes. mais son gros avantage, et son attache aimanté, qui est extrêmement solide, et qui se met et s'enlève en une seconde. j'ai plus personnellement utilisé et testé cette caméra dans beaucoup de conditions, attaché sur une voiture roulant à très vive allure, sur des vélos, à ski, sous l'eau, dans des attractions, vous aurez des accessoires pour toutes les situations. La stabilisation de la caméra n'a absolument rien à envoyer à ses concurrents, l'expérience de DJI se retrouve vraiment dans cette caméra. La caméra est également super solide, comparé à certaines de ses concurrentes, et on sent que le produit est en produit finit, la caméra est belle, on a pas l'impression d'avoir un bout de plastique entre les mains. La caméra a une très bonne dynamique pour son gabarit (contraste entre les hautes et basses lumières), il y a un très bon traitement de l'image dans les basses lumière, ce qui vous permet facilement de filmer de nuit avec peu de lumière et de conserver une image utilisable. le nombre de pixels de la caméra, vous permet de pouvoir resserrer l'angle de vue, si la FOV vous paraît trop large, ou si vous voulez une focale plus serrée selon vos situations. Je vous recommande les yeux fermés cette caméra, vous ne la regretterez pas par rapport à ses concurrentes.
