I lightly brush and rinse then I pull in my cleaner to remove bacteria. I do once in the morning,1 once b4 bed. Easy to use and does work well.

This cleaner worked fine for two months and now it will not work. Contacted seller for replacement and heard nothing. Seller never responded to issues so forget this product and seller

I purchased two of these. One broke within the first week so I was able to return. The other didn't break until after the return period. The issue was that the lights stop working. Amazon told me to contact the manufacturer directly and sent me a link. After hours online speaking with Amazon about how the link sent me right back to Amazon customer service, there was no resolution and they basically washed their hands of it. So I will never get my money back for this crappy product. DO NOT BUY!!

While this product does clean your retainers and does a great job at that, it is very loud and the UV lights stop working after like 2-3 weeks. I went through two units as well. The first one I had for about a month and then the second one had the same issue. I am trying to get a refund on the second one as well. I tried it twice and was not happy with the product overall. The price is not the best as well. My sister came home with one half the price and it worked so much better!

The Ultrasonic Retainer Cleaner did a great job cleaning my retainers every morning. The UV light and ultrasonic action killed 99% of germs and bacteria and it only takes 5 minutes. The product is even small enough to use when you travel. The only downside is that it doesn't leave a minty taste like the denture cleaner tabs did. However, this product will save me money over the year since I won't need to buy any denture tabs!

I like the convenient size of this cleaner since I can take it with me when traveling and takes up minimal space in the cabinet. Best is that it works in just minutes to deep clean aligners and get them ready for the day. It is simple to use and clean up afterward so there isn’t much effort required to get sparkling clean results. I use this daily and love it!

It worked fine until less than 3 months after I purchased the unit, the uv light stopped working. Update: the company reached out to me on their own and offered me either a replacement unit or a reimbursement. I felt that they were forthcoming and easy to work with, hence I’ve upgraded their rating to 3 stars. They did not ask me to change my review, which I also appreciate.
