What are the ingredients?

First ingredient is undecylenic acid plus mineral oil and several oils such as apricot, tea tree, camphor, peppermint, jojoba etc.

Does this contain an anti fungal ingredient ? Or is it just essential oils?

This has Mineral oil, Apricot Kernel oil, Tea Tree oil and Lavender oil.

Can you use over nail polish or do I have to take off my nail polish on my toes?

Whichever toe is infected no polish until the fungus goes away. If u put polish then medicine it's going take longer . Let the toes breathe no polish just file the fungus toe and apply medicine everyday to see good results
