Be aware before you waste your money
I order this product. I try it no taste. I mix with a protein shake. It was ok my cravings were still there I gave it a few more days no change but it definitely mess up my stomach I was in the toilet non stop I got dehydrated because I couldn’t hold nothing down and got very sick from it they wouldn’t give me a refund but Amazon made sure I did and threw it in the trash be careful.
