I am extremely satisfied with my custom neon sign purchase! This sign was designed to feature my favorite quote, and the result is absolutely stunning! The led neon sign glow is bright and consistent, creating a captivating ambiance in the room.I ordered the dimmer, which is the best feature, you can adjust the brightness and dim the light, switch on/off at any time!Customer service is fantastic! She recommended me to make this neon sign with two sub-boards linking, which is convenient to carry and has a variety of display ways. It was quite unexpected.In terms of quality, this custom led neon sign is top-notch. The craftsmanship is evident from the moment you unpack it. The neon tubes are flawlessly shaped, sturdy and well-built. My son decided that he wanted to be a full time gamer/streamer and that he wanted a logo of sorts that would be in all his videos, I went to Amazon to see what I can find to help add to his goal. As a gift idea that I had a small budget for, I ended up custom ordering this LED with his name on it.The customization process was extremely easy. There are different sizes based on what you are looking to create, then you get to choose the font and exactly what you want to put onto the light. The software for the custom build also allows for symbols - for example, flowers, a crown, and a few other things. You can either have a huge clear plaque with the LEDs on it, or you can have the plaque cut to fit only the letters - the latter is what I created. There are quite a few fonts and colors to choose from, but you can only have one color so it doesn't do an "RGB" gamer kind of look and there's no way to adjust the color.The sign comes with mounting hardware for a few different ways of mounting, but I ended up drilling one hole to hang it on a string instead of punching 4 holes (one on each corner of the sign). We also received a dimmer switch included to allow for the adjustment of brightness. It's amazingly bright, and in fact, everything else in the photo seemed dark because the camera itself had to adjust in order to prevent blowing out the highlights in the photo. In addition, there's a wall plug included - and I thought I'd mention this because a lot of tech nowadays don't come with wall plugs, such as phones, wireless gaming mice, earbuds, and etc.The set up itself was a breeze. It took less than 5 minutes to drill a hole into the wall to hang this. Overall, I loved how easy the entire process from customizing to installation!

It looks exactly like the picture, and quite easy to set up. Definitely worth the price too.

First of all the sign I ordered is perfect! I love how you can change the brightness and the font is wonderfully done. It was a good price for what I received and perfect size! I would recommend and I’ll probably be ordering another soon. Customer service was great! The sign isn’t to heavy and fits the wall perfect. I got neon green and it goes with everything for the room I’m displaying it in.

Love how it came fast and in the color I wanted , only thing that sucked was my remote didn’t come with a battery but overall love the product fits well with my wall panel !
