Glue Band Traps, 1.75 m, Green

Very sticky bands. Seems to do being doing the job. If you have long make sure your hair is tied back as your hair gets really sticky - speaking from experience.

It seems to be working so far and has caught quite a few insects. However until my fruit is ready I can't say whether there has been an improvement.I agree with other users that you should wear gloves as the bands are very sticky.

I use this for my fruit trees to prevent insects getting all over the tree and leaves which cause decease. Will not see the result until the fruits appears

I know these have to be sticky but I wasn't prepared for just how difficult they would be to put on. It's impossible not to get the grease on your fingers and then it just won't come off - and make everything else you touch sticky. I searched online for help - it seems that the only way to get rid of it is to rub vegetable oil on your hands and then wash off with soap. That info would be useful on the packaging.

Slightly concerned when I received them and saw the size but the posted dimensions were true and they did the usual amount of trees. I find them very useful at keeping beasties at bay. They are mucky to use - handle with care and as little as poss - but that's the point of them!

These certainly are sticky, in fact they were quite difficult to apply. You definitely need to wear disposable gloves as recommended in the instructions. The band is quite wide, and once on you have to tie it top and bottom with string to make sure it's held against the bark so no pests can crawl underneath. Have scissors to hand so you can cut the string off short and not provide a ladder for them!

We have several fruit trees where the fruit has been damaged by bugs. This very sticky product has done the job as after only one month there are a lot of moths etc stuck to the bands. Wish I had bought them last year. Good value
