That's my second review of this.First purchase a few years back was super!Great experience throughout with super tasting water!!!Mind you, I am using this in combination with a filter jug of a brand which shall remain nameless.The reason why I am using the carbon AFTER the filter?Well the water tastes 100x better and the carbon lasts much much much longer!!!Great quality I am telling you and do not hesitate to buy this.Especially now that the size of the charcoal appears to be standardised (received a box of assorted sizes last time I bought this, which resulted in me returning it for a refund, but they seem to have gotten the memo).

Just plunge the charcoal stick in a jug of water and wait for 1h or more (the more you wait, the more chemicals will be removed). Water taste great and no more plastic bottles! each filter last 6 months (you have to boil it after 3 months to use it again).

I’ve been using this water filter for a few years now and really like it. The activated charcoal filter seems to improve the taste and my tap water tastes cleaner and fresher. it's really simple and effective and no more plastic waste. If you’re after something simple that makes your water taste better and is eco‑friendly, this is a solid choice. only reason I give a 4 staris that I’ve noticed the suze has gotten smaller compared to before. Still works well, just not quite the same value

I love these water filters. I have two water carafes that I use each day and one filter in each. They are very easy to use and environmentally friendly. I love the fact that after I have finished with them, I can dispose of them safely and ethically by crushing them into my garden soil.

Finally after years of avoiding tap water & trying more conventional filter systems with plastic throwaways, I finally have found this! Hurray, water tastes nice - I have in 2 x tall bottles in the fridge door which I rotate so they sit with the carbon long enough. Very happy.

Definitely didn’t think this would work in my water dispenser in fridge but wow what a difference now after few days! Water is so easy to drink now, well worth investing in these sticks if you drink a lot of water!

I love it. Very low maintenance and also it works when I drank tap water without being filtered I had tummy ache and was very gassy but when I drank it filtered with this thing, imi would not get gassy thays how I knw.
