Vesalux Does Not Give Good Coverage
Does not cover what it says on the tin. You would need several tins to cover a small wall and it certainly does not look anything like what is in the picture. Also if you watch the company demo on YouTube it jumps to make it look as if a couple of coats gives full coverage. It is pretty though if you are prepared to pay several hundred pounds for a small wall. The company also recommend watering it down on their leaflet that comes with the paint. Don't. I didn't and it was still like water. I was using it on my bathroom otherwise I would buy wallpaper. I am having to start all over again. The guts of 50 quid plus the base paint down the drain and I was only doing a fix up job. In the photo I used up half of the tin. The pale copper is a very odd lilac colour and I put it on a camel wall with the Vesalux base paint which also doesnt give good coverage. The colour does naturalise to copper once on the wall but when you first open it, it gives you that uneasy feeling. Think twice about this purchase. Sorry to disappoint. I was very let down by it as I had such high expectations. Delivery by the company was very quick though.

A nice effect but very expensive
A nice effect but very expensive. The paint is pretty thin so I needed 3 or 4 coats to complete a kitchen worktop and get total coverage. A more r4easonable estimate for coverage would be 5 or 6 sq metres per litre rather then the 10 stated. Since painting it I've noticed that the glitter particles are constantly being brushed off so I am now planning to give it a coat of Epoxy resin. The worktop will end up looking pretty good but it took more work and money than expected.

Fantastic. Try and have the wall matching the colour ...
Had to get one more pot but the end result was worth it. Fantastic. Try and have the wall matching the colour of the pot.
