smardy DUO301 360° Swivel 3 Way Kitchen Faucet 3/8" Reverse Osmosis (RO) for Cold, hot and Filtered Drinking Water

First tap was faulty with leaking ceramic valve. Plumber had to visit again, remove it and fit a second one. Second tap had same fault so the plumber will have to visit for a third time. Amazon will refund or replace but not supply a replacement ceramic valve. So I e-mailed Smardy, the manufacturer and they told me to deal with Amazon. VERY POOR SERVICE.
