Will this clamp down on 5/8 OD vinyl tube, and what s the length of one side from end to end?

Is this compatible with toro 53605 blue stripe drip 1/2-inch hose? i.e. do the lock nuts fully lock the tubing?

Will this work with tubing that has 0.6 in and 0.7 od?

In the description it says the color is black but the ones I got were Brown. How do I get the black ones?
