Brought these for fish tank just thought would do as waterproof I could do a nice colour would put the strip around the top of the tank, firstly cleaned off surface and attempted to stick them the self adhesive strip didn't stick very well lasted about 3 hours, so ended up gluing on which worked great, then when you turn them on or after power intruption they do a red green blue flash which is annoying, had them for about a month then the led driver/controller died on red and green tested with meter, so ended up with just blue light, tried to contact the company and had no response, went through hassle of amazon who agreed to refund if I returned them which again isn't much good as now its stuck in with a very strong glue, eventually came to a agreement and have brought a new LED RGB controller that ties in with my hue kit and have lights again,

This LED strip is long and easy to install. It can easily be controlled would be included the remote which offers and nearly infinite variety of colours. The power cable is long which means it can be connected somewhere far away from the area of the LED strip and the adhesive underneath the strip makes it easy to mount. I recommend this product for anyone who wants to spruce up their home experience.

Came quick as you like and sent back just as quickLooked the biz but the sticky backing wasn’t exactly sticking (not 3M) and came off my sons desk where it was attached to the metal frame within half an hour.Lights themselves went off about 5 minutes after that, with the transformer box hot enough to cook a tin of beans on. Not impressed.First of one of these type of lights sent back too.

The receiver has to be directly visible to the remote or it wont work which is annoying as you want a tidy job with only the LEDs showing. Except for that, its quite good.

Lights are good and bright. Nice that you can change the brightness. As others have said, not that sticky - certainly won't stay stuck for long without some better tape. Major annoyance is that the remote control does not work when more than 1m away, and even then must be pointed directly at the sensor. Have other LED lights with simpler remotes which don't have this problem. On that basis I wouldn't recommend buying this item.

the strip is nice and bright but the remote is a bit of a pain as some of the control dont work like the presets (custom colors)

Lights were decent and bright but the white controller box is cheap and flimsy poor quality so had to return it due to the white little box
