Simply Wood Jubilee Wooden Garden Bench (3 Seater) - SALE!!! SALE!!! SALE!!!

Outstanding bench of outstanding quality. As soon as I opened the delivered package, I found all the components carefully wrapped for protection by a company proud of the quality of the wood and their craftsmanship. Assembly straightforward, with joints fitting exactly. Bench is sturdy, looks great and with care should last for many years. By comparison, cheaper benches look flimsy and very poor. Worth every penny. I recommend unreservedly.

Really nice bench but.. Wrongly drilled holes aren't deep enough for the screws meant I had to bore deeper holes myself. And a whocking great dent in the wood on the front. Poor manufacturing faults. Worth the money. I'm afraid not.

This bench looks really good! It was quite simple to put together (it was flat packed - the boxing was very robust, protecting the bench well). It is great that the wood is already treated, which meant that the bench could be used straight away. The quality is far superior to that seen in local garden centres (or at least equal to the most expensive ones...and yet this bench was cheaper). A very good buy!

Good quality timber. Pre-Treated, attractive finish, but soaked up a can of teak oil so has maybe been drying out for a while. Would have assembled in ten minutes but poor quality screws. Allen key rounded off sockets in two of the screws at first resistance. Would happily have paid more for better screws. Luckily I throw nothing away so had identical but stronger screws from dismantled IKEA bunkbeds. Very much appreciate the mortice and tenon jointing. Great for sturdiness. When assembling leave about 1cm play in the joints between the arm sections and the backrest and front of the seat otherwise the seat is a swine to get in. That's why I had to teak oil. Badly scuffed the backrest trying to yoga it in. Overall well worth the money at £199 sale price. Advertised full price way too steep. Great bench. We love it

This is a good sturdy, nice looking seat when assembled. The only other comment I have is that I did not find it as simple to assemble as the instructions would suggest. I could not drop the seat in place and had to partly dismantle it to manage this. However, the end result was worth it.

Bench looks lovely and wood is excellent quality. It was horrendous to put together as the parts did not slot into place likecthey should have. I had to ask a builder friend to help and he had to chisel bits off because the parts did not fit and the holes match up for the screws to go in. It should have been a 15 minute job to put together. Very disappointing.

So happy with this bench. Easy to build and very sturdy. Had a small issue on opening the box but was rectified very quickly and efficiently.

Good quality, easy to assemble (note: you may need a strong pair of hands to get some of the screws in with the Allen key though). Well worth the price.
