Does what it should

Perfect, but may need some tweaking to get there.
I've used quite a few of these and they can be perfect. I especially like the tabs to help get a tight threading. However, sometimes they need a little help. under pressure, you may need to add a hose clamp. One of the reasons they are so leak free is the inner sleeve, inside the threaded part. If your female fitting fits it, they seal perfectly. If it doesn't, you will need to grind that sleeve down to get a more traditional flat fit and add a gasket. It only takes a few minutes with a Dremel tool, but it can be a bit of a hassle.

love the easy install tabs
no wrench needed. the tabs make install a breeze especially in a high spot like a had. installed a few weeks again. no leaks and all is good.

Half inch hose, not Pex B fitting
Other than some of their description refers to Pex B, good product for connecting to half inch hose.

I rearranged the pluming to my camper water pump by replacing the 90 degree fittings with straight . These did the job with no problems.
