Hello, I recueved my product last week and the wires are broke inside of of them so doesnt work. Is there any way this can be swapped and how?

Turn the ‘dial’ (where the grinder wheel is) clockwise to grind fine or anti-clockwise to grind courser.

I bought mine in Dec 2020 . It’s not working now … would it still be covered under the guarantee ???

Unlikely. Manufacturers warranty are usually for a year. If it’s any consolation, my salt mill died about 5 months ago. Even with new batteries, it still doesn’t work.
