I've taken these for approx. 3 weeks. I am very pleased with results so far.I was using eye drops almost daily prior to starting these. My eyes don't feel dry as they did before.Not only do the capsules contain ingredients for eye health, they have ingredients for overall health benefits.These are like taking a daily multivitim.6 months ago I had my 6 months eye exam and check. Because I have immediate family members with diagnosed glaucoma, I am on a glaucoma watch. 6 months ago the pressure in my eyes was 23. This past Monday, 6 months later, the pressure is 22.Not sure if this supplement is part of that, but I am grateful the number did not increase.My eyes and overall health seems good and my eyes feel much better since taking these. I will continue and report outcome of my next check.Please do your own research and consult with your own Healthcare provider before taking any supplement.

if the expiation date was mentioned on the site ,i wouldn’t buy it,4 months are not enough for me to finish it, because i don’t take supplements every single day

I was attracted to this product as I want to improve my vision. Had to pull out a x10 magnifying glass to read the Supplement Facts label on the bottle. At the bottom of the label it lists a Blend (481mg), but does not list the quantity of each component.I have been taking one capsule per day for a week now. Unfortunately I develop headaches when taking this supplement.However on the positive side, in the past, when I entered a dark building like a shed after being in sunlight, I was unable to see for about 10 plus seconds until my eyes adjusted to the darkness. Now I can walk into a dark building and my eyes adjust almost instantaneously to the dark.I subtracted 2 stars due label and headaches.

I have been taking these eye vitamins for several weeks now and have had no negative problems with them. They have lutein and Zeaxanthin in them, which are both proven to help with eyesight. As I spend a lot of time on my computer, I can use all the help I can get. So far, these seem to be doing the job. The capsules are of a medium size, but I have not had any trouble swallowing them. You take two per day and there are enough for one month's supply. The price is good for the product itself, and I would purchase these again.
