a huge improvement over a torn, grundy old gear shift knob. i was initially a bit skeptical about a universal-fit knob, but not finding any i liked with dedicated size and thread pitch, i went with this one. the initial quality appears high. it is comfortable to use, not sticky, not smelly, and appears to be well-made. the adapter set is very likely to contain one that will work for your vehicle. i used the middle-size one for a M12x1.5 stick, and it worked just fine. i pressed and hand-screwed it onto the stick until i got tired of it and felt it was on far enough, then finished it with the three supplied set screws. the product photo shows four screws; three were sent in my kit.why 4-star instead of 5-star for this? i'm concerned that more than a couple remove-and-replace cycles will hurt it to the point that i'll need to size up the set screws or such. if you have no such plans, then call it a 5-star and enjoy your new shift knob.

Works ok. Knob uses a rubber insert that fit tight over the shifter. My experience with these is that there is always a bit of play. This one is no different. I will adjust some more. Best ones are direct oe replacement.

Fit perfectly the leather doesn't get hot in the sun and looks good

Well finished, feels light and cheap (about for the price) used it on a Mazda 3 second gen, no way it will stay put, it rolls around as it doesn't fit properly. It still does the job if you treat it carefully hence the 3 stars

After buying a knob that said it was specifically for the SX4 and had no hope of working. This one with the included adapters works. The knob feels a little cheap and sits a bit higher on the stick than the original, only 4 stars. Overall, I am pleased and would purchase again.

I returned it because it is kind of big, and on my 4Runner stick, it's quite tall. I found a used OEM 4Runner knob.Not as pretty, but it's better.

I had to modify it slightly since it is taller than the standard shift knob. It did not feel as comfortable.

The adapters are of a soft plastic, and finding the right one was no issue. 3 little screws hold it tighter to the arm, but not needed in my case. Nothing to complain about.
