I received the grape flavor and when I opened the sealed container, I noticed there are black specks in the powder. I noticed another reviewer experienced this as well but I don't see it anywhere on their website nor in any other reviews. I also have zero clumping or gelling when added to water as others have mentioned. I reached out to the company directly but just wondering if I got a bad batch or if it's normal. Less than 48 hours later I received a call from their CFO who answered my questions (the tiny specks actually create the color since the powder itself is white, and the gelling occurs if the product isn't shaken well enough and / or sits for a period of time - he also explained in detail why this happens which all makes complete sense) he even spent an additional 15 minutes to answer any questions I had from how to use the product to how much and how frequently I should be using it based on my specific needs. After our conversation I have no doubt in the care taken to produce a great product. Now if that isn't customer service at it's finest!
