This is an amazing snow cone maker. I agonised over choosing one as there are so many and the reviews are often mixed. This machine was my final choice and it is excellent. I have used it for childrens snow cones and adult cocktails and it hasn't jammed or broken (which is a consistent complaint with some of its competitors).It is quick, simple to use and safe enough for my super independent two year old to make her own snow cone. It is a little noisy, but you are shaving ice, so it isn't a quiet process....The pump dispensers sit neatly making the whole design very compact and aesthetically pleasing.I had a slight issue with a broken part and the customer service was incredible. They sent out a new part, no questions asked that day and then followed up to check everything had arrived and I was happy.

Easy to use, produces a good wee slushy/snowcone. Need to buy some flavours and extra cups though but the machine works absolutely great.Drop in some ice cubes, choose between single or double cup, shred your ice, add your flavouring and Bob is your mothers brother.
