Tasty treat - as others have noted, has that rice Krispy bar texture. Subtle chocolate and mint flavour is nice. Great to have a healthy choc alternative - bonus points as it is suitable for vegans and diabetics!

Good tasty

I wanted something that was low sugar, low calorie and tasted nice without too many harmful sweeteners, as some sweeteners can upset my digestive system, and these really fit the bill. Taste nice, hard and crunchy and helps satisfy a sweet craving.

I'm always looking for snacks suitable for diabetics and these aren't the worst I've tried. It probably helps that they contain a small amount of sugar, which mitigates the sugar-replacement taste. Other reviewers are right; they're a bit gritty and the flavour isn't intense, that said they fill a hole and you do feel as if you've consumed something afterwards. Not particularly good value, but I'll probably buy them again as I've not found anything significantly better.

Very hard to bite into at first and seems like a rock solid crispie cake. Initially good mint chocolate flavour but the flavour doesn’t last and it becomes very bland and dry and tastes like you are chewing mint cardboard.

Look closely at the ingredients - there's some wheat lurking there! Not for the gluten-sensitive.
