So far so good. Will update if issues arise with the weather getting colder I have this inside their animal house to help heat. Cats lay on it all the time and they feel very warm. Mat doesn't feel that warm unless pets have been laying on it.

This is a GREAT lil mat for my semi tame feral outside cats. I put it in a homemade plastic cat house under the porch away from rain and they definitely enjoyed the warmth in the 20 degree weather. The mat is easy to clean and stood up all Winter using it most everyday. Still working. About 3 to 4 cats would crowd in there together every time it was really cold and there was another house beside it without a pad but they didn’t want to get in there. It seemed to be better for them on lower setting most days In moderate 30 degree weather. It seemed they would get hot on high setting. We live in Texas with the coldest winter we have had in a long time but it is not like up North.

It was a lot smaller than I originally realized and the dog wanted nothing to do with it. It also hardly really got warm. Wanted to return it, then realized they want to charge me to return it- which is absolutely ridiculous.I would not recommend buying it.

STRONG chemical odor! Odor did not dissipate even after being outside for a few days. Hands smell of this odor after handling pad. Too bad - because my dog actually was enjoying this - but I do not want her around the chemical odor. This seems to be a very common problem for many items purchased on Amazon and made in China. Cheaply made too - but didn't expect any kind of rugged craftsmanship.

my feral cats love these. I even had a possum lay in one of the shelters on this the other night. I feel so good knowing that I am providing shelter , warmth and food to out door creatures when its below zero in Wisconsin. I now have three of these and highly recommend!

Yuck! This has a terrible overpowering chemical smell. The smell is so strong it stunk up our entire living room and into the hall and kitchen and up the stairs....AWFUL!! The smell is so strong, we probably contracted cancer

My cats love it in their house, and it cost less than the other heating pads which look to be the same thing. Fast shipping. I'm happy.

I use this during the winter for my outdoor cats and love it! Perfect temperature for outdoors!
