Description: 1kg high quality PLA-filament signal red 1.75mm on round bobine This PLA-filament of the German company HERZ was produced on speacial Extruder lines in the HERZ proper branch in Hungary. During the production it was controlled by a laser measuring device and in laboratory afterwards, to check the quality requirements. The filament is suitable for a variety of 3D-printers and consists of high quality raw materials without adding regrind. A uniform filament supply and consistent print quality is guaranteed through compliance with the low selected diameter tolerance limits (maximum of 0.05mm for 1.75 filaments). It', s not surprising that PLA filament is a very popular media, it has a long list of positive qualities and is biodegradable under the right conditions. It is much easier to process than ABS-filaments and therefore ideal for beginners. The perfect print temperature is depends strongly of the 3D-printer, we recommend a processing temperature of 190 °C to 225 °C. A heated printing bed is advantageous but not required. However, the optimum adhesion of the first print layer is crucial for the perfect printing result!
