This pink butcher paper is amazing! It’s thick, durable, and high-quality. I first used it to cover a large Christmas grazing table, and it was a total hit at our neighborhood party—looked beautiful and held up perfectly. We’ve also used it in the smoker for brisket, and the results were incredible. The meat came out tender and flavorful, and the paper worked exactly as it should. Top notch butcher paper. Used it to wrap a brisket. Came out great. Used to wrap a 4 bone roast, whole young chicken roasted,beef ribs.

Wish the sheets were bigger. Looked bigger in the picture, but i use this to wrap my smoked meat under foil

Got this flavored paper to smoke a brisket in and I have to say it was wonderful between and the seasonings, the paper and the wood chips the flavor of the brisket was great. Only downside was I thought the sheet were going to be wider they what I got. lol

I was in need of butcher paper as I have started smoking in a pellet smoker, and didn't like using foil. This paper has worked perfectly in smoking my briskets, pork ribs and any other meats I have used. It does not come with a dispenser or a way to cut it, so you will need to cut it yourself, but has been great otherwise

Good for smoking meat, I used it for brisket and it worked great. Paper is good quality and easy to work with.

Works perfectly well just wish the length was a little bit longer. Other than that the material and quality are nice
