Thick and beautiful. The mat is really nice and thick. My daughter absolutely loved it. So I plan on getting one for myself.

This is a good yoga matt , I’ve used the same one for almost two years and it held up just fine. I clean it often and at first it was a weird artificial smell but that fades over time. I recommend it for beginners , and it is a beautiful design
