I like how the plug in end lights up when it has power to it so you know it is working. Heavy duty and perfect for my needs.

This 100’ cord worked great, and the weather hasn’t messed with it; we use it as a power cord to our little trailer, stationed in our back yard.

Just received this and it's as expected (which is great news). Illuminated 3-receptacle output side. Feels very well-built. Amazon asks about durability, which is hard to answer since I've had it for 2 days. And they ask if it's weatherproof, and I don't know yet. But it absolutely meets expectations in terms of feel - heavy duty, wraps well, feels well-constructed. I expect to get years of good use out of it in my garage.

There are cheaper extension cords on Amazon, but this cord is really high quality and worth the higher price in my opinion. As they say, you get what you pay for. In this case, I'm happy with the value I received.

Boy this thing smells. Wow. When I removed it from the bag it was in, it had that new rubber smell but pretty intense. Took a few days to dissipate.Feels like a quality extension cord. I bought it for indoor use as I have a tent sauna in my den and will blow a fuse if I use the outlets there so I use this to run from an outlet elsewhere that can handle the load.I took off one star because I'm not a fan of the light that's permanently on at the outlet side. I'm sure that works well for outdoors but wish there was a button switch to turn it off.

Assumed the diameter would be larger for as long as it is! Of course I didn’t check that. Delightfully the diameter is narrow and very easy to use. After using old orange extension cords for years I’m so glad I switched and it’s black so it blends in with the dirt and it is easy to hide!

Finally: a flexible extension cord. SJTW cords fall into a broad category from stiff to flexible. I have an old 14/3 RIDGID extension cord from Home Depot that is SJTW and is very flexible. Not true for the new RIDGID unless you get into the 12/3 extension cord. This TerraBloom company is selling a cord that has a SJEOW rating. The "E" means 'Thermoplastic Elastomer' and that makes all the difference. If it has the "E" in the cord code (Canada uses TPE) then it will be flexible. In the last year I have bought 8 different brands of SJTW cords, all stating that they are "flexible." To varying degrees, they still stand up on the floor and are challenging to coil up easily.So don't look for "flexible", look for SJEOW or TPE. You will pay more but you will be much happier. In my case, I would have saved a lot of money paying more originally.

Although extension cord is 100ft. Long it is flexible and appears to be well constructed. It will experience a Canadian winter as it runs a pond heater. At the present time it is powering a pond pump and it's plug in area for other cords is protected within a large birdhouse for easy access when required. The flexible sturdiness was important for it's use.q
