Received it with damage
I received the item with damaged. I informed manufaturer but they told me it was shipping damaged and contact retailer. There was no debris and broken pieces in the bag and the box came with it was intact no damaged and i believed it was packaged with broken piece from manufacturer.

Great trailer fits ebike
Previously bought a Thule trailer that didn’t fit my ebike which has a 12mm axel. The burly on the other hand fits perfectly. I use it to take my 6 year old son around and he loves it. He hasn’t complained about the bumpiness so the large wheels are working great. Excellent purchase.

Doesn’t work with EV bikes
I never really got the chance to use this so can’t speak of the product quality. But I can tell you there’s zero customer service to help, when you call you get connected to people who don’t speak English and don’t understand the nature of your call. I’ve tried for 3 weeks to find solution to get this to work with my EV bike but no luck. Waste of money and time.
