got this for my dog's bad hip. it works so I use it on my shoulder. Perfect & fair price

My vet has one they use on my dog when she gets shockwave therapy for the spots where shockwave is to much. When they use theirs no one wears glasses or protection and the light is really well contained by the unit. With this unit it just reflects everywhere which can make it a pain to use. Should wear the glasses to protect your eyes but they don’t seal to your face so they are only so good.The other major complaint I have about this unit is that the lcd screen is not protected by a glass cover or anything. So I had to use it on my knee and easiest way was to put it between my knee and a chair but that puts pressure on the screen which could damage it. Shame for the cost it can’t even have a protective layer for the screen.It does appear to work, as I had spent over a week with my knee absolutely hurting and a few days of this and that completely went away rather quickly.Just keep in mind the LED red light therapy devices have poor penetration but are safe for your eyes and these laser ones are drastically better in all situations except where they might point at or reflect into your eyes. They show you using it on your face but with the light leakage I don’t recommend it. Should definitely get an LED version for the face.

I had very low hopes for this device. I had bought another one a year ago that did absolutely nothing. A couple weeks ago my dog jumped on the sofa and hurt his back and was in excruciating pain so I went ahead and ordered this as the last resort. The second I put it on him he yawned and laid his head down and rolled over on his side, fully relaxed. We’re going on almost 2 weeks now and I can tell he’s feeling better and better and more mobile than he was even before his minor injury. I do 220 minute sessions on the PW setting in the morning and in the evening . This thing works!.

Bought in October, it's already garbage. It worked well when it worked. But for something that costs this much, at least a year of use would have been nice. It started not holding a charge after a few months and now it will not charge at all.

It arrived and I was surprised when there was no charger included. It wasn’t shrink wrapped and so it must’ve been used. I returned it and still waiting to see if I get my refund. I did reorder one same day and when it arrived it was clear it was new and different for the better. It was shrink wrapped and contained all the components and a different pamphlet.

I unfortunately rated this item a 1 star due to it stopped working after 7 months of ownership. My original review stated how much I loved this device as it really worked and did much for my pain issues. Mostly disappointed that it stopped working for the price I paid and had no other recourse as the warranty had ended long before.I kept looking at my device which I keep next to my bed thinking how could this be. Upon further investigation, it was still plugged into the charger BUT........ I finally looked at the wall plug, and low and behold it was disconnected from the wall socket. It was at that moment I figured out what happened. My housekeeper must have unplugged it to use the vacuum and never put it back in.Suffice to say, I feel so sad that I had written my original review. This of course had to be amended immediately. I'm giving it a 5-star rating because that is how important and effective this device is to me! I highly recommend anyone purchase this device and experience the relief I've experienced. I pray no one ever regrets it!I hope this hasn't caused any negative reaction to your business.
