I attached the hook as it should be on a clean dry wall in the bathroom, waited overnight but as soon as I hung the towel the hook fell off

I'm very pleased with this. It's perfect for the back of a door, and looks very smart. It feels sturdy, and the brushed steel finish gives it a modern, minimalist look. The neat screw caps in the same finish are a nice touch too. The hooks themselves are small, perhaps only big enough for one coat each, but this suits my needs nicely, as it's for occasional use with visitors coats, and it still looks good when not in use.
