It runs small in my opinion. I order it according to the size guide but I was just barely able to get it to close around me. I have only worn my back brace a couple of times. And the experience was okay. I say okay because it was a little uncomfortable around the underarm area. I actually believe the level of comfort will depend on each person body type. But it did hold my shoulders back and helped me to stand and set up straight while I had it on.

I went by what was recommended for my size but this runs extremely small. I will be returning it and getting a larger size. Seems like it will do the trick but definitely go a size up.

Took me 20 minutes and I still couldn’t get the brace on…. Don’t waste your time or money..

This fits well once you get the Velcro straps sorted. I prefer a harder back but it definitely reminds me to straighten my shoulders which is why I got it

I like it and helps alot , but digs into my armpit. If they could fix that I'd give it 5 stars.
