I bought this crab toy for our Shiba Inu's Birthday, & SHE ABSOLUTELY LOVES IT. It's the cutest thing. I'm so happy she loves it. The only drawback I would say is, I wish the battery lasted longer between charges.The important thing is, she loves it & it keeps her well occupied.Well worth the money to see our girl so happy.

I recently purchased the Crawling Crab Dog Toy with high hopes of providing my dogs with some interactive and entertaining playtime. Unfortunately, my experience with this product has been less than satisfactory, and I feel compelled to share my concerns.The primary issue lies in the noise level produced by this toy. The motorized crawling motion is accompanied by an excessively loud sound that seems to startle and frighten my dogs rather than engage them in play. Despite attempting to introduce the toy gradually and acclimate my pets to the noise, the result has been consistent anxiety and reluctance to interact with the Crawling Crab.The decibel level is significantly higher than anticipated, and the abrupt mechanical noises seem to trigger fear rather than curiosity in my dogs. As a pet owner, it's disheartening to witness their distress, and it raises concerns about the impact on their overall well-being.Additionally, the quality of the toy's construction leaves much to be desired. The Crawling Crab's movements, while intended to be lively and engaging, feel erratic and uncoordinated. This not only adds to the startling effect on my dogs but also raises questions about the long-term durability of the product.In terms of functionality, the Crawling Crab Dog Toy does crawl and move as described, but the trade-off in terms of noise and the adverse reaction from my pets make it impractical for use in our household.While I appreciate the concept of an interactive toy for dogs, the execution of the Crawling Crab has unfortunately missed the mark. If you have pets that are sensitive to loud sounds or easily frightened, I would strongly advise against purchasing this product. It's essential to prioritize your furry friends' comfort and happiness, and regrettably, this toy has fallen short in providing a positive and enjoyable play experience for my dogs.

This is definitely not a dog toy. It’s for kids. But our dog loves it - until she inevitably unalives it I guess.

This is the cutest crab toy I have seen! I am impressed with the quality, the way it walks (walks faster on harder surfaces and slower on carpet), and it even has motion sensors on its eyes! As a dog toy, it is not the best as it can be easily knocked over and broken, but I think this should be advertised as a child's toy. As an adult I had more fun playing with it than my dogs.

My doggie just looked at it he didn't interact much with it. At first he barked at itthen he quit barking and nothing, but dogs are different I gave it to a friend that has catsthey like to play with it some.

Our dogs go bonkers for this toy and we have daily "crab time" to let them chase it. The noise doesn't frighten our dogs in the slightest and I feel the item description was very up front about noise and lights. The dachshund and great dane love to take turns trying to knock the crab over and it's fun to upright it somewhere new so they have to come find it. If you have a fearful dog like many of the other reviewers seem to, then this may not be the toy for them. If your dogs love a good chase, then this is awesome. For the durability comments - it has held up to multiple weeks of a 160 pound great dane trying to rip the claws off with her teeth and pushing on it with her paws and it has held up great. Yes, the toy does tip over when the dogs paw at it, but it's fun to play with the toy with the dogs and it's easy to upright and get back to the chase. If you are looking for a toy that means you can ignore your dog, don't get this. But if you like actively playing with your pup, this is a great purchase.

The action of the dog toy is very exciting to my dog, but the crab takes a few steps and falls over. If the dog touches it, it falls over and is unable to recover. Splaying the legs would provide more stability and raise my rating considerably

This thing is hilarious. It drives my puppy crazy. She chases it as it's moving away from her, then runs away when it changes direction. I recommend this highly.
