I ordered , both the ones that are coated in sugar? And the regular, smooth and the sugared one’s taste like candy, I prefer the smooth ones. The taste is great w/ both. I wish they came in larger bottles. I prefer not to order on subscription.

At first, it caused a lot of bloating and loosened my stomach. It’s high in calories if you take several gummies a day. Still, it helps with digestion and provides prebiotic fiber. It works, but start slowly and don’t overdo it.

I love that these contain a prebiotic within the tasty gummies. It really makes a difference in how well they work compared to other types without that crucial ingredient. It seems to help boost how well the probiotic works! These keep me regular. I’ve had a problem with that for years and am AMAZED at how much difference these make.
