I take a lot of vitamins and mineral tablets. I usually opt for the capsules as theyre easier to swallow but decided to go with these gummies. Wow - they taste awesome - like sweeties! shame you only need 2 a day lol. Just kidding. Very pleasant to consume and taste very moreish. Tastes way worse than the others I've tried so far. A tad bit better than then raw bovine collagen powder, but what's the point of buying the gummy version if it tastes just as bad and your getting less value for money per gram of collagen than you would if you bought the powder so.... If u need the supplement and this is on offer, consider it, but you'd probably regret not getting something else 👍🏼
