Cabinet was perfectly designed, however, putting it together instructions need to be a little bit more clearer parts need to be better identified however, I was able to complete it, and it looks great just took longer than I felt it needed to take

From the photos I expected a matte look but the finish is very shiny and reminiscent of low budget lacquer furniture from the early 90s (if you're old enough to remember). The instructions are garbage but use common sense and you should be able to figure out where the pieces fit since there aren't many.The paint is far from high quality and chips at the slightest touch. We were super careful during assembly but the paint was already coming off right out the box. It also leaves fingerprint marks everywhere. The legs are made of an unrecognizable type of cheap, thin material that's not even plastic and feels lighter than a child's toy. The screw holes also failed to line up properly and we had to re-do them several times.Speaking of screws, even when tightened by hand, the MDF begins to crack immediately. You have to be super gentle with this or you'll damage it beyond repair. Unfortunately, our contractor needed to install this right away for a guest bathroom remodel so we had to set it up, chips and all.What you're really getting for the price are soft closing hinges and a modern ceramic sink -- the only two things I like about this cabinet. The faucet was nicely packed in a soft bag but appearances don't equate to quality. Shipping was super fast, however, I'm mostly disappointed with everything else.I can't endorse this product but if you choose to press your luck I wouldn't recommend placing it in a high traffic area. I don't think it will hold up over time and definitely can't see it standing up to rigorous, daily use.

I really like the built in trap. It makes under the cabinet look clean with out putting a traditional p tap in the cabinet.

Easy to assemble, lovely exterior finish.

I had to replace the exact same vanity as my crappy tenants left cigarette burns on the prior one and it was less than 2 years old. The only downside is, it went on sale AFTER I bought my second one.

Regret buying the faucet water flow doesn't go straight down and goes like a little bit at an angle makes it awkward and then the faucet itself uses hoses that come with it that are not standard I had to use an adapter in order to go from half inch to 3/8 plumber store that sold me the half inch adapter told me that it it's some European s*** and you can't just go buy a hose from Home Depot or something the hose has a special attachment that attaches to the bottom of the fixture and the other side is half inch All Plumbing fixtures in America or 3/8 or 5/8
