SCHLAGEB60 N 622 Deadbolt, Keyed 1 Side, Highest Residential Security, Matte Black

These aren't as solid as Schlage's B560 or higher commercial deadbolts, but they're more than sufficient for residential applications. The deadbolt feels solid and the finish looks good. The mechanism operates cleanly. Installation was simple. Great deadbolt for the price.

This lock was the perfect color for our backyard door. It was an okay install process, the only downside was that we had to use one of the original pieces from the lock instead of the new one because it did not fit. A bit on the pricey side for my taste - but definitely works more smooth than some other locks I've had.

We purchased 2 of these to replace older Schlage deadbolts. We're changing out the hardware to matte black. These installed easy, work great & also look great. If the product is as good as the old Schlage items, it will last a long time & function well. Our old Schlage deadbolts & handsets were 30 yrs old & worked perfectly. Definitely recommend & would buy it again. 5/24

The 20 year old Schlage deadbolt was getting a little flakey and I replaced it with this new unit. The new unit is almost identical to old deadbolt. The old and new keys were only different by one pin. Watched a youtube on rekeying this style deadbolt. Almost ordered a rekeying kit until I realized the old lock had all the parts needed to rekey lock. Give it a try, not difficult.Deadbolt works great. Good feel with lever and key operation.

Très content de mon achat ! C'était pour remplacer une serrure double cylindre de marque Weiser qui commençait à défaillir. Cette serrure Schlage est fournie avec tout ce qu'il fallait pour un remplacement facile sans avoir besoin de modifier ma porte. L'extrémité du pen peut être changée en fonction de la porte: plaque rectangulaire, ou couronne circulaire. Le diamètre des deux modules à clés est le même que la Weiser, donc il n'y a aucune trace de visible sur la porte après ce changement. Livré avec 2 clés.

Easy installation, so easy, I tried it without instructions and installed in under 3 minutes no problems. I have to preface I've never even installed a lock, a doorknob, anything before and I know it's not hard, but I expected to have set backs, or a piece not fit etc, and it was easy peasy, and then I made 2 extra spare keys. Bolt is smooth glides, nothing sticks, seems very well made. Highly recommend...if I can do it, anyone can

The quality of Schlage products is in decline. Cheaper materials & workmanship are obvious to anybody that works with this hardware on a regular basis. Cutting corners that will probably result in reduced reliability and durability. It's getting harder and harder to recommend Schlage products to my customers.
