Perfect for buttering corn-on-the-cobb

Bought this for camping. You have to put it in a ziplock bag in your cooler/refrigerator. It's better than just having the stick of butter laying around. I wish it was longer and would fit a whole stick of butter at once.

This product works great, have been wanting to get one for a long time. Very pleased with the results!

Even with adapter the butter falls out of the plunger doesn’t stay. Not as efficient as I was hoping.

Have only tried it twice, but I was thrilled to not have messy hands and being able to easily add butter to toast, veggies, etc.

I use Land O Lakes half butter sticks, and I have no idea whether they are "east" or "west" coast sticks. I do know that they do not stay in this holder. I wanted it to work, since my previous perfect holder was no longer available. The stick simply rattles around in the holder and will not stay in. It is awkward to use the plunger, especially since I have to keep it horizontal until it is on the toast to keep the butter from falling out. If there is an interior adapter I'm supposed to use, it did not come with my unit. This will go in the trash as soon as this stick is used up.

I absolutely hate trying to butter corn on the cob with a knife or fork during our summer cookouts this little gadget is perfect! My sister used to own one and it’s perfect for buttering your corn on the cob or other food items. It is made of white plastic, very thick and durable, and the lid fits perfectly so that you can keep the butter in the holder. It might get a little messy, but it’s easy to clean up. I would recommend.
