Works as promised. I used it to stretch out a top hat for a Halloween costume. It seems really sturdy and well built. The mechanism to turn the screw makes it easy to operate and easy to keep track of the stretching distance. It was at a lower cost than similar products I found on amazon. I would purchase it again. Highly recommended.

Flawless! I use this product to stretch my New Era and Franchise fitted baseball hats and it works great every time. My hat size typically falls somewhere between a Large and an XL. Since you can’t shrink a hat that’s too big, I buy a Large and then stretch it to my ideal size. For optimal results, I use a damp cloth to lightly! wet the sweatband inside your hat, dial open the hat stretcher to your desired size, and then leave it overnight. Done. Your hat will be set by morning. The wood is sanded smooth and finished. The bolt is sturdy and goes past 8 inches. The other brand (I can’t say their name) falls apart if you try to go over 7 1/2 inches. Don’t waste your money on junk. Buy this Canwupon hat stretcher instead. You’ll be glad you did.

Works as advertised and good quality. There are a bunch of these. The wood was nice and thick so it covers the headband of the hat completely and is easy to turn. Have done it on a few hats and it helps the break on period substantially.

Handy and well made device!! Easy to use, and I wish I had it decades ago! It is for stretching the hat band inside your hat. But we have several hats that are tight just by a centimeter or two. I stretched my hat that used to give me headaches and now, no pain! Love that it works on old hats that shrank from washing. Every house should have this device made from hearty wood and metal bolts that can be screwed with a twist of the turning handle. Genius! It still works after three hats. So well made.

Already used it and the hat is great. I steamed the fabric, then stretched it overnight. Hoping it stays that way, but now that I know it can be done easily, can do it again. It's very sturdy and does what it is supposed to do, well.

So far so good. I’ve got a larger head at 7 5/8 and this stretcher seems to be working on a wool fedora. Quality looks good for the price. The t handle is effective. No concerns yet.

I shocked by how well this works. Have a stitched soldiers cap that was very tight, practically unwearable. I dampened the hat, used this stretcher, waited 24 hours…now the hat fits great.

Nice n strong hat stretcher. Like the shape of it as it doesn't leave the hat egg shaped ha. Not as expensive as all the others and works perfect. Be a good gift for someone with big heads lmao. Definitely recommend
