I had read quite a few claims regarding this supplement and in particular that it helped boost your immune system and help digestion and metabolism. As I have compromised immunity and have hypothyroidism I thought this might help across the winter months. I can’t say it’s really made any difference. I’ve had the normal winter bugs…they lasted as long as they ever have and I certainly don’t think I feel any difference in any way. It’s a difficult one to judge but from my own perspective I don’t think it’s made any difference. They are very large tablets that aren’t a joy to take so I don’t think I will carry on taking them.

Label is misleading, I didn't realise until i was looking to buy my next lot, so have been under-dosing for months. I wont be buying these again.Buying the Nutrality 240 pack instead at 1000mg per capsule insteadL-taurine and Taurine the same these days.
