Update:Minus 1 star. I bought 3 of these. First 2 are perfect, work awesome. 3rd one was assembled "incorrectly." The fabric shade is mounted too close to where screws/bolts are used to secure the housing, causing the fabric shade to "hang" and then fray when extending/retracting. See last two pics. I attempted to file some things down, and it looks like once the fabric shade frays/wears out enough, it will stop snagging on the screws, but... I should have contacted the seller (they are very responsive), but I'm "lazy," and I think past any return period. Still worth buying, just make sure everything is exactly perfect early on.Original post:Easy to install, remotes took a little to get set up and working just right, but now everything is perfect. Everything to order is fully customizable and vendor double confirms (and is very available to assist). Blocks heat and light (sun and neighbors), and provides privacy when you want it. Spending time out back is now even more enjoyable. Make sure where/how you will be hanging (wall, ceiling, eaves, etc) can handle the weight. I got 80" wide shades, and they're about 20lb each. Enjoy!
