Had this about a year now and it's still going strong. Put together well enough to handle my 200+ pound bulk and the chunky weights I'm lifting to turn myself into a proper Hulk. Feels safe and sturdy in use. Comfortable and quiet in operation. Allows a decent range of exercises for the home user and folds down quickly and neatly when not in use.

Ok let's start with the pros:For a bench under £150 I don't think you will find better. Seems super sturdy and stable. Only needs 4 bolts to complete assembly and folds away pretty well. The angle options are great and enable a wide range of exercises. Yes you could do with a second 17mm spanner in the pack to help tighten the foot rest but that's me being picky.Caveat: This relates to a health warning someone out in a 1 star review and relates to the ease you can adjust the positions. On one hand this is super useful as it is fast to adjust but one position doesn't quite work. If you set the bed to - 25 and seat to +25 to do decline sit ups. I found that the seat part as you lean backwards raises out of the fixing slot, not by much but as if going to 30-35 degrees. Now I don't think this is that dangerous simply because the angle is increasing so in reality it will just drop back into the slot as you sit up. However it can be a bit unnerving to start with.Would I buy this bench again - absolutely. Do I have any good ideas on how to fix the issue with making setting changes more cumbersome....nope

The bench had no instructions, but was fairly simple to work out how to put it together. Took me no more than 10-15 mins with the tools provided.Feels a really good strong bench (I'm 95kg, so with weights, it needs to be strong). Padding feels about right to me so far, but that's only a few sessions using it.Only issue I've found is it doesn't keep fixed in position if you pick it up to move it (on your own). Just requires a bit of care when moving (and real care fingers don't get trapped).

Received last night pre assembled, took literally 5 minutes to finish off assembling, good solid bench, no movement whilst training, for the price its a no brainer.

Its a nice bench to have for home GYM, been usung for halfyear and had no issue, no complaints for this price point.

Just received it. Happy with it overall and will definitely be using it. However, I’m slightly baffled with the design when in decline. It’s a bit impossible to keep your feet under the support and do sit ups / decline bench. I would have expected the foot support to extend. Other than that, it feels really solid.
