Sturdy, easy to assemble
Comes with hardware and is easy to assemble. We have only been using it for two days now, but so far so good. It seems very sturdy and looks really nice! My only suggestion would be to add a small tray underneath the flatware basket because the water drips onto the counter so you need to place a towel or dry mat underneath to catch that. Otherwise we are very happy with it.

Elegant but not rust proof
I was so excited when I received it a day before the actual arrival date and the same day i assembled it and stacked my dishes. It was a good piece and liked it in my kitchen. But I was very disappointed when I saw the rust on it in just two days. So I am returning the piece.

Overall good but little unstable
It’s overall a good dish rack. It has two tiers and one for plates and one designed for bowls. The material is kinda light and I would recommend fill the bottom tier at first. Also come with the cup rack, which is not that stable. But with this price, it’s overall good.

Great Design
I like the design and how much the rack holds. Holds different sizes of dishes upright on the top level and different shaped objects underneath. Slide out the drain shelf underneath and dump excess water that accumulates. Just a great addition to my kitchen. No assembly instructions but pretty easy to figure out.

Love!
Best dish drying rack I’ve seen for a great price. I don’t have a dishwasher, and this looks great in my kitchen. My ONLY complaint is that I can’t put large plates on it unless I pull it out from under my cabinets. Other than that, I love it!

Sparks joy
Sometimes it’s the little things in life. Like every time I walk into my kitchen, I’m so pleased by how much better this thing makes it look. It takes up less space on my counter and holds more than its plastic predecessor. Plus both the cup and silverware holders are extra long/deep, preventing the tip-over/fall-out effect I was constantly battling with!As has been mentioned it’s quirky to put together. No real instructions - something in Chinese, a little diagram on the box, then some pictures of OTHER items?? BUT it isn’t too complicated- if I can figure it out, anyone can! I did break out a for-real grown-up wrench to tighten the bolts, as the one they send with it is a piece of crap and bends immediately in your hand. But it comes together fine.I had to send the first one back because the bolts were floating all over the box and a couple were missing. But they gave me good service and expedited the shipping of the replacement at no charge. I’m glad I went for it because it’s exactly what I wanted. No rust yet, we’ll see what happens.

Be sure to clear coat before using
Great space for drying dishes, but the rack needs clear-coating before use. We're starting to see rust at the points of connections.

Looks better than it works
It looks gorgeous, however it is flimsy and moves a lot. It is not sturdy, and the screws that came with it to hold the rack together, are longer than it required, thus having the screws and the washers extended out of the rack itself and not securing it well.
