I got this for my 91 year old grandmother to replace one she’s had for decades. It was easy to set up for her and since she can barely see the talk feature lets her tell the time. She’s had it over a month and not a singe complaint so HUGE WIN!!

Works fine and has multiple alarms that can be set but I'm disappointed there's no way to change the hours that are announced or a 24 hour setting. The hourly announcement is only for typical business hours and I work nights. I'll be buying something else and giving this to someone who's awake during the day.

I'm having buyer's remorse. My hopes were high when I ordered this clock, but I've never had a more confusing alarm clock. I can't set it; there's no step-by-step video on YouTube. I must have spent an hour trying to figure out how to work this thing, but I never even got to set the time, let alone the alarm. The directions that came with it were confusing, and in the end, I had to order another clock.
